Angela has been yoga-inspired since she read Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda in 1976 and has been teaching yoga since 1994.
Trained in many styles of yoga, yoga therapy and meditation, Angela is a Restorative Breathwork® Advanced Facilitator and Teacher and is on the faculty for the Barratt Breath Institute.
Angela has a lighthearted and deeply transfomative style of teaching and invites students to expand their awareness of the body-temple, the breath, the heart, and the mind. Angela teaches in a way that is safe, graceful, powerful, adaptable and can be practiced for a lifetime.
Join Angela in a group class and her Sacred Sunday Breath Class at Studio Bamboo. Private yoga, Yard Yoga and BreathWork sessions also available.
